3. Carrot - 3 tbsp (grated)
4. Capsicum - 2 tbsp
5. Onion - 4 tbsp
6. Tomato - 2 tbsp
7. Tomato ketchup - 2 tsp
8. Salt - as per taste)
9. Black pepper - 1/2 tsp

Chikoo Milk Shake

1. Chikoo - 5-6

3. Sugar - 2 tbsp
4. Dry fruits - For garnish
