HOW TO MAKE LUMPIANG TOGUE (exact ingredients below)

Lumpiang togue is a Filipino dish or appetizer. It is a spring roll filled with bean sprouts, green beans, pork mince, carrots celery etc. It is best eaten with a dipping sauce.

Ingredients:
8 - 12 pcs green beans
1 small pack dried mushrooms (soaked in the water)
1 small carrot
3 stalks of celery
150g of tofu (4 slices)
1 pack of bean sprout
2 small packs of dried shrimp
4 cloves of garlic
1 medium-sized onion
1/4 kg minced pork
1/2 tsp of black pepper
1 tbsp soy sauce
