Biryani Masala is very important ingredient while making any kind of Biryani. It gives Biryani a Vibrant taste, and make it more flavorful, as it is made with wide variety of spices. You can use it while making Chicken & Mutton Biryani botgh; of which you can find the Recipe Link below:

Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp Coriander Seeds
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 8 Bay Leaf
- 15 Dry Red Chillies
- 1 tsp Fennel Seeds
- 4 Star Anise
- 1/2 Nut Meg
- 2 Black Cardamoms
- 2 Mace
- 15 Cloves
- 1 tsp Black Pepper Corns
- 15 Green Cardamoms
- 2 inch Cinnamon Stick
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
- 7-8 Cloves
- 10 Green Cardamoms
- 10 Plums(dried)

Method:
1. Add coriander seeds, cumin seeds, bay leaf, dry red chillies in a wok, and roast them
2. Now, add fennel seeds to the wok; roast it and add it to a grinder
3. Add star anise, nut meg, black cardamoms, mace, cloves, black pepper corns, green cardamoms, cinnamon stick to the wok, and roast it on a very low flame
4. Turn off the flame, and add these spices to the grinding bowl along with other ingredients
5. Let the spices cool down completely, and then, grind it
6. Once grounded, take it out in a bowl, and add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, cloves, green cardamoms, dried plums from the top, and mix it well
7. Now, store it in an air tight container and use it while making Biryani
