Learn how to make Delicious and Rich 'Maas Ka Soola' with our chef Varun Inamdar.
Maas Ka Soola or Maas Ke Soole is a Perfect Recipe to welcome your guests with. This Rajasthani Delicacy taste's extremely Rich and Delicious. It requires very less time to make and it goes best with Coriander & Mint Chutney.
Ingredients:
(Serves 4)
- 300 gm Mutton(escalopes)
- 2 tbsp Fried Onions
- Ginger(chopped)
- 8-10 Garlic Cloves
- 7-8 Raw Papaya(Sliced - 1 inch Piece)
- 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1 tsp Oil
- Salt
- 2 tbsp Fried Cashew
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- Oil(for frying)
- Satay Sticks
Method:
1. Add fried onions, chopped onions, garlic coves, raw papaya, garam masala, turmeric powder, red chilli powder in a grinder and ground it to a fine paste
2. Add oil, salt, fried cashew to the mix; grind it again and add lemon juice
3. Mix it; add the paste over the mutton pieces and mix it again
4. Now, heat oil in a grill pan
5. Place marinated mutton pieces on skewers and grill it in the grill pan, for around 15 minutes
6. Keep flipping it, till it gets cooked on all the sides and serve it
