Mutton Sukka is a lip-smacking mutton recipe where the mutton pieces are coated with an aromatic blend of masalas and spices. Mutton Sukka is made with fresh meat, Onion Coconut paste, and masalas. Serve this with fulka or any bread of your choice

Mutton Sukka Ingredients -
Serves - 4 People

To Make Onion Coconut Paste
3 Onions (sliced)
1 Tbsp Oil
1 cup Fresh Coconut (grated)
1 cup dry coconut (grated)

To Make Spice mix
1 Tbsp Poppy Seeds (Soaked Overnight)
1 Tbsp Sesame Seeds (Soaked Overnight)
1 1/2 Thap Cumin Seeds (Soaked Overnight)
1 tbsp Coriander Seed (Soaked Overnight)
1 Fennel Seeds (Soaked Overnight)
4 cloves (Soaked Overnight)
3 Green Cardamom Seeds (Soaked Overnight)
1 Black Cardamom Seeds (Soaked Overnight)
1 Inch Cinnamon (Soaked Overnight)
1 tsp Black Peppercorns (Soaked Overnight)

To Make Gravy
3 Tbsp Ghee
1 Inch Cinnamon Stick
3 Green Cardamoms
5 Cloves
8-10 Peppercorns
1 Onion (finely chopped)
1 Tbsp Ginger Paste
1 Tbsp Garlic Paste
2 Tomatoes (finely chopped)
750 gms mutton
2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
2 tsp Spice Mix
Onion Coconut Paste (grounded)
1 cup of water
Salt
