Being vegan doesn’t mean you have to miss out on holidays like easter… once upon a time I definitely thought that! But you can still enjoy yourself while having a low external impact, these are some really simple vegan easter egg recipes - I hope they're useful X

Vegan Chocolate Easter Eggs -an ethical easter
Coconut rough
- 1/3 cup shredded coconut
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp coconut oil or 1 tbsp coconut cream
dark chocolate for mould - stick coconut to outside
Fruit & nut
- rasins
- almonds
- dark chocolate
Orange ganache
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate
- 1/4 cup coconut cream
- 1 tsp orange zest
- more zest for outside, more dark chocolate for mould
Candy Eggs
- hard sugar candies
- dark chocolate
Peanut butter eggs
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 2 Tbsp icing sugar
- crushed peanuts to stick on outside
- dark chocolate for dipping
Truffle eggs
- 1 cup walnuts
- 3/4 cup dates

- 1/4 tsp salt
- t tsp vanilla
Roll in; choc hail, cacao powder, berry/beet powder
