This is a very easy recipe for these Greek Easter cookies that has been handed down from generation to generation. This recipe uses orange juice for flavouring rather than ouzo, mastiha or brandy. The only real trick is the orange juice and baking soda combination and rotating the cookies during baking. Try this Greek koulourakia recipe for Easter and keep making them year round!!!!
